Team Mom Corner

The SportsManager link allows you to view rosters, schedules and standings. Once there you can also click on the "Roster Mng" link to view your team roster and send emails. In order to gain access to this section you will need to know the email address currently on file for you. The "Roster Mng" link will take you to a login page. First time users will need to click on the red "Click Here" located towards the bottom of the page. This link will ask you to enter your email address on file and submit it. The system will the generate you a password that is sent to that email address. Once you receive the password go back to the login page. Here you will enter your email address on file and the password provided. Once your in you can review/update your information.

Team Moms can call the Rain Out Line at 678-229-2732 to find out if practices or games at the park have been delayed or canceled. You can also check the message board for updates.

Should your team decide to do a fundraiser you will need to fill out a Fundraiser Form.

All money, including cash, is to be turned in to your sports Treasurer. No team money should go into your personal bank account. All checks must be made payable to DAA and not you personally. Use the Money Turn In Form to deposit your teams money. Please try to group your cash together and your checks together. You will more than likely receive more checks than cash, so it is a good idea to list your checks first starting on the left side.

Save all of your receipts. You must have recipts to back up your requests for reimbursements.

If you receive sponsorship money for your team, you will need to give your sports Treasurer the sponsorship money along with a Sponsorship Form. The Treasurer will later provide you with a sponsorship letter (for tax purposes, contains the Tax ID). You will be responsible for giving this letter to the person or company who sponsored your team.
